Preconstruction Incentive Program

We know that our innovative ideas provide a living experience for seniors that is not found anywhere else in the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area.

We currently have twenty-one houses completed. We have room for three more houses, and the completed community will contain a total twenty-four homes.

We are encouraging people to sign up on our waiting list. This will guarantee you a home as soon as they become available. It is our goal to complete the construction of the homes as soon as possible so you can enjoy the peacefulness of rural living at the Village of Boulder Creek.

As an incentive to you, we have implemented
a program that will benefit you twofold:

• First, it will guarantee you a home
• Secondly, you can choose from one of the four interior color packages as
well as an exterior color package.

The incentive package includes choice of wall and trim color, carpet, linoleum, and counter top, as well as exterior siding and shutters. This package will only be available on the final eight homes.

All you need to do is fill out an Application for Lease. We will review your application and after your acceptance, we will ask you to mail a $250.00 deposit to secure your spot on the waiting list. This deposit is completely refundable should you choose to withdraw from the waiting list. When your name is next on the list and we start the process of building your home, we will notify you. Homes typically take three months to complete.

We will keep you updated on the progress and you can stop by and visit anytime you like. After your home is completed, we will need to finish the paperwork process. You will need to read and sign the lease agreement. Your $250.00 waiting list deposit will be applied to the security deposit. Just pay your first months rent and the difference between the security deposit and the waiting list deposit. After all of the paperwork is completed, you can move into your new home.
